The body needs nutrition to function and while you recover, the prime energy source for your body is food. We provide food planners for your diet that includes healthy and nutrient rich meals so that you can efficiently recover and carry on with your day.

  • We provide you with medicine that you require  throughout your sessions that has been prescribed by team of doctors and psychiatrists. These medications can also be used in time of urgent need like a panic attack.

  • Community Sessions 

  • During this time that you recover if you are suffering from isolation or anxiety, we aim to improve your social skills. We hold live interactions with others just like yourselves where you share about your journey and talk about your experience in your daily life after our therapy sessions.
